Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy Online

  • You have 14 days to return an item from receipt to get back a refund or exchange.
  • Delivery costs are not included in your refund.
  • Be sure to track your parcel and retain proof of postage.
  • All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.
  • All items must be returned in their original, saleable condition, with all tags intact and in original packaging where applicable. Goods that have been returned in a soiled condition or with an excessive odour, for example, smoke or perfume will not be accepted.
  • All goods will be inspected upon return.
  • In-store purchases do not apply to this policy – please ask in store for details when purchasing

Wrong Items relieved?

We apologise for sending you the incorrect items. Please contact us asap and we will arrange delivery of your correct items and cover the cost of the incorrect item back to us.

Faults?

Please notify us ASAP regarding any faults. Please send on images of the faults and we will deal with the matter accordingly. 

Refunds.

  • Refunds will only be credited to the original card or payment method that is used for payment.
  • Please allow 2-3 days for this process to be complete once we receive your item
  • Please allow 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) for your refund to appear in your account. This is in line with normal E-Commerce returns policies to deter fraudulent transactions.
  • Please note there is no exchange or refund on any items in our final sale. Thanks for your understanding

Our Online Returns Policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and does not affect your statutory rights. Please Note: This returns policy applies to online orders only. All in store purchases are subject to a separate returns policy.
